50ml London Dry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml MONIN Pure Cane Syrup
5 Large Basil Leaves
Combine all liquids and basil into a shaker filled with ice, shake hard and fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice. Garnish with a sprig of basil and dehydrated lime.
