Split Dogs - Nice N' Rough [VINYL]

Garage Rock Powerhouse: Dive into the raw energy of Split Dogs' sophomore album, 'Nice N' Rough', presented on vinyl. Recorded at The Station House, a unique studio in a repurposed Victorian police station, this album captures the Bristol-based four-piece at their most potent.

Sonic Influences and Lyrical Depth: Producer Jonah Falco and engineer James Atkinson have crafted a soundscape that channels the spirit of greats like Plasmatics, New York Dolls, Motörhead, and The Stooges. Expect thirteen tracks filled with lightning-fast guitar licks, raspy hooks, and a larger-than-life rock 'n' roll performance from front-person Harry Martinez. Beyond the glam rock glimmer, 'Nice N' Rough' offers surprising depth and soul, with tracks like 'Be Somebody' encouraging self-expression, 'Speed Demon' addressing mental health, and the Danzig-esque 'Suffer' exploring themes of parental abuse. The overarching message is one of living life on your own terms.

A Soundtrack for Your Best Days: 'Nice N' Rough' is a playful, pure, and honest collection that serves as the perfect soundtrack for life's adventures.
