FAQ
Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

Our pure honey is unpasteurised and unprocessed, collected at the source with the beekeeper's name and location printed on each jar. Black Bee Honey is never blended or processed, ensuring authenticity and quality in every spoonful.
NATURE'S DECADENCE - Pure and natural honey provides a rich depth of flavour, just as nature intended. Delicious spread on toast, soothing when stirred into hot drinks, and adds natural sweetness to culinary delights. As our organic honey is unprocessed, it can set over time.
