Description
Radical Frame is a vinyl album by producer Darren Cunningham, known as Actress. It’s for listeners drawn to electronic music that combines club energy with abstract, cerebral and atmospheric sounds.
Across more than 20 years, Cunningham has pioneered Black British avant-garde music, exploring avant-garde composition and musique concrète within underground dance. The album brings together his signature sounds and passes the torch to a new generation of artists, with creative direction from Anna Van der Velde and rybskie.
Bold and thought-provoking, Radical Frame also features Actress’ satirical humour. Standout songs include “The Experiment”, “Live By You” featuring CASISDEAD and “Sheets” featuring Rainy Miller.
