Ticket to Ride is an adventure game which sees players compete to connect North American cities with railways by taking turns to place counters - the longer the completed route, the more points the player receives. As the game progresses, players have to becoming more tactical in their route planning, using diversions and blocking tactics in an effort to outsmart one another. Players are awarded points for completed routes, and for the longest route - and points are deducted for incomplete routes at the end of the game.

Ticket to Ride is a simple game to learn, but it will keep you coming back time and time again - every game presents new challenges as you plot your way across the board.
